Channelizer Drums

Our Channelizer drums use an innovative rubber ballast which eliminates the need for sandbags!
The Barrels are ballasted by 100% recycled rubber; the indestructible ballast is guaranteed for life; no snapping, locking or assembly is required.
The rubber collar grips the road, the break-away design leaves the collar in place after impact, and this channelizer meets all MUTCD standards.
Approximate weight of barrel: 10 lbs.
Features:
• Low Density Polyethylene body - easily reshaped after impact.
• Drum and collar are impervious to moisture, U.V. rays and temperature extremes.
• Collar is 100% recycled rubber, body is recyclable plastic.
• Needs only one 25 lb. collar vs. e.g., 50 lbs. of sand.
• Rubber collar conforms to uneven surfaces.
• Accepts up to five bands of 4" or 6" alternating orange and white reflective sheeting (specify Engineer Grade or High Intensity).
• Size: 18" wide across top, 24" wide across bottom, 36" high.
• Accepts Type A and Type C lights with standard 3" bolts.
